JIRA is an issue tracking and project management product by Atlassian.
To enable reports, while logged in to Usetrace:
Go to Settings > Scheduling & Reporting
From Automatic reports click Add report and select JIRA
Configuration:
Fill in the following configuration:
Send reports:
Always - always receive reports not depending on the results*
When results change - receive reports only when a trace is broken or fixed
Fails only - receive reports only when there are failure
*Setting reporting to Always and scheduling test runs every 10 minutes might lead to an annoying amount of reports. Use this option carefully.
Address
Adding reports to JIRA requires an email address for the JIRA instance.
Check your JIRA server for the reports address.
